1. How long does it take to deliver our order?
​
For standard products, usually it takes us 7-10 days to deliver and install your order.
If a small customization is needed, we need 2-3 more days. For completely custom projects we need more time depending on the project.

Once you finalize your order we get back to you to set a delivery and installation date and time.
2. What are the dimensions of each bed?
On "PRODUCT" page, for every product the dimensions are provided. (There are pictures of the product with dimensions)
3. What is the maximum thickness for the mattress?
All our standard designs hold a maximum thickness of 10" except the single (twin) WallBed which is 8" . For thicker than 10" we can customize the design but in general the thicker and heavier the mattress, the harder lifting up the bed would be.
On "PRODUCT" page, for every product the maximum dimension of the mattress is provided.
4. What mechanisms do you use?
We design and manufacture all our mechanisms ourselves. As part of the folding mechanism we use gas springs. (Similar to what is used in rear doors of SUVs and hatch back cars) . STABILUS is a very high quality gas spring which we use although it is 5 times more expensive than other available products in the market.

5.How long does it take to install a bed?
​
Usually it takes us about 7 hours to install a bed. It is not an easy job and it needs special tools and jigs. it is a meticulous and time consuming job that can not be done hastily. For this purpose we offer a free delivery/installation package.

6. What is the warranty on your products?
​
We provide 3 years warranty on our products. However, like any other piece of furniture, it will lasts longer with proper use. In general, DO NOT WORRY! Even if there is any damage to your bed due to improper usage, we will fix it with very reasonable rates.

7. What material do you use in your beds?
​
We use 3/4" plywood for our main structural parts and 3/4 " melamine for the ones involved in folding mechanism and weight of the unit. 5/8" melamine is used for the front face of the bed.

Metal parts are aluminium; strong, light and resistant to corrosion.

8. Do you have DIY packages ?
​
No, we do not have "do it yourself" products. Installation of the bed is not simple and it can be even dangerous if not properly done. It takes us 3-10 hours to put a bed together and we use some special jigs and tools. Without them, it would take forever and final unit might not even be functional.​
9. What if we want to move the bed to a new location?
Free Standing option means that the product is not attached to the wall. So in case you live for a limited period of time at your current location, it would be a great option.

We don't obscure the fact that assembled unit is a heavy piece of furniture​ and not much fun to move. Besides as we know the beds inside and out, it would be easier and faster (so cheaper) for us to take it apart and move it for you. We offer moving services in Ontario as low as $80.

10. Why there is only one color available for your standard beds? Do you provide any other colors?​
​
In our online store we only provide white option as it is the most common and economic finish. However, we do provide other colors as well. This policy is rooted in our unique business model which would enable us to offer better prices to our customers.
Any color or finish other than white could be $100- $600 extra depending on the finish. Send us an email for a quote on your desired finish.

11. Do you make beds out of real wood?

We can customize your order to any specificity. We design everything in house so we can customize at very reasonable prices. ​

12. What is the furthest you deliver?
​
Delivery and installation in GTA is free, Delivery and installation to other cities would be done at an extra cost which includes gas money and the time we (2 installers) spent on the road round trip.

Here is the formula we use to calculate the delivery/installation out of GTA:
(T-0.5) x $80 where T is the drive time from your house to downtown Toronto. For example delivery to Kingston is going to be (2-0.5)X$80 = $120 extra

13. Do you have a showroom?
Having a showroom with personnel is costly in Toronto . Instead of transferring these unnecessary costs to the customers, we have disposed of it in favor of an online picture gallery. If the sample pictures do not show the details you are looking for, we can set a time for you to take a look at the beds that we use for our guests in our home.

14. Do you sell mattresses?
Currently we do not sell mattresses but we are in the process of finding and testing few different brands to see which one meets our quality standards.

15. What kind of mattress works with your beds?
Any kind of mattress works with our beds as long as it does not exceed standard dimensions. What matters the most is the weight of the mattress specially for vertical beds. If mattress weight exceeds 70 lbs, lifting and closing the bed would be more like a daily exercise. But as an instance, lifting a 60 lbs mattress with the mechanism installed on our product is equal to lifting 20 lbs of free weight.
